These terms cover booking and attending an appointment at Glow with Martha. They are short and plain on purpose.
1. Who we are
Glow with Martha is a solo esthetics and massage practice run by Martha Rodriguez at 3505 Camino del Rio S, Suite 263, San Diego, CA 92108.
2. Who can book
The studio is women-only, and you must be 18 or over. Some treatments are unsuitable during pregnancy, with certain skin conditions, or with some medications, retinoids in particular. Tell Martha about anything relevant when you book. She may adjust or decline a treatment where it would not be safe, and will always explain why.
3. Requests and confirmation
A booking made online is a request. Nothing is reserved until Martha confirms it personally, usually within a day, and she may suggest a different time. Your reference begins with GWM-.
4. Cancellations and lateness
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged. Arrive five to ten minutes early for a first visit. If you arrive late, the treatment may be shortened so the next client isn't delayed, and the full price applies.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are the prices charged at the studio. Payment is taken at the studio after your appointment; nothing is charged online. First-time clients receive 15% off their first service, and active duty and veterans receive 15% off every visit. Discounts are not combined.
6. Preparation and results
Waxing needs hair of at least a quarter inch. Lash fills assume at least 40% of your extensions remain; below that a full set applies, and Martha will say so before starting. Every body responds differently: treatments are performed with skill and care, but no particular result is guaranteed. These services are cosmetic and therapeutic, not medical treatment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
