Glow with Martha is a solo practice. Your information is handled by Martha and nobody else. This page explains what is collected and why.
About this copy of the site. This is the MadVisions portfolio preview. Its booking form runs entirely in your browser: nothing you type is sent, stored or seen by anyone. There are no accounts, no analytics and no tracking cookies here. One small preference, Day or Evening theme, is remembered in your own browser.
1. What the studio collects
When you request an appointment on the live site: your name, phone number, email address, the service, your preferred day and time, and anything you choose to write in the notes. Care notes, such as sensitivities, allergies or massage pressure, are only ever optional.
2. Why
To confirm the appointment you asked for, to prepare your treatment safely, and to keep a record of your visits. There is no marketing email and no mailing list.
3. Third parties
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when they load. Directions links open Google Maps only when you choose to click them. Your information is never sold or shared, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.
4. Your rights
Under California law you can ask what information the studio holds about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You will not be treated differently for asking. Email or call Martha; there is no form to fill in.
5. Children
This is a women's practice for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18.
